Donald Morrison has a long history within the firm, having joined John Pearson Solicitors in 1982 where he completed his training contract. After qualifying as a solicitor in 1985, Donald stayed with the firm when it became Pearson Maddin and became a partner in 1995.

Now at Pearson Hards, Donald applies his extensive experience to heading the firm’s commercial property department. Over the last 30+ years he has handled virtually all aspects of commercial property work on numerous occasions including business leases, investment work, commercial and residential development, options, licences and business sales and purchases. He has notable expertise in secured lending and landlord and tenant matters. Donald also undertakes residential work for his commercial clients, including dealing with buy to lets.

Considered by clients as approachable and always ready to provide practical, realistic advice, Donald employs a business minded approach in all cases, backed by in-depth legal knowledge of commercial property. Donald’s substantial and comprehensive experience means clients entering into property deals benefit from great foresight, minimising risk and maximising potential.

A family man and father, Donald is a keen cyclist, motorcyclist and a season ticket holder at AFC Wimbledon.
