Daniela Litsova

Daniela Litsova qualified as a Solicitor in 2018. She completed her training in a boutique firm in West London where she worked for 6 years within a busy conveyancing team responsible for maintaining high quality standards of work and good client relationships. She quickly developed the reputation of being a reliable and knowledgeable solicitor and built longstanding relationships with local Agents and Mortgage Brokers who regularly refer her conveyancing work.

Daniela’s expertise range in both commercial and residential property law including the sale and purchase of leasehold and freehold commercial properties and small businesses (where the main asset is the property), general landlord and tenant matters including commercial loans, licences and leases and development matters including conditional contracts, option agreements. Her clients range from new clients taking their first business lease or buying their first house, to experienced property investors.

Daniela is also qualified Bulgarian solicitor and has had a lot of previous experience in dealing with British overseas property buyers.

In her spare time, she enjoys travelling and spending time with her family and friends.
