Before coming to Pearsons, I have tried two other solicitors, but decided not to proceed with them as they felt very transactional and were only after money (they both asked 80% prepayment even before agreeing to do any work). Alex was also very diligent to the details and have always responded promptly and in details to all my questions. Pearson Hards recently acted for us on the sale of our house and purchase of our flat.
