I joined Pearson Hards 8 years ago as a conveyancing secretary with absolutely no experience within the Legal industry. During my time at the firm I have progressed in to my role as a Conveyancer and I am in the process of qualifying as a Licenced Conveyancer. The Partners have supported me throughout the entirety of my studies and I would not be where I am in terms of my career without the opportunities and the support they have given.

The office is a lovely environment to work and learn in which is very important at this stage of my career. Whenever I have discussed any issues with the Partners these have been taken on board and support has been given more or less immediately which I am very grateful for.

As Pearson Hards is the only firm I have worked for I cannot compare my experience to other work places however I think the fact that I have been here for 8 years says a lot! The team is really like a second family which I cannot imagine finding elsewhere.
