Pearson Hards has a great community within the firm – we genuinely care about our clients. It’s warm and friendly when you come into the office and we really listen and understand a client’s needs and tailor the service to them. For example we provide a very tailored service for a range of clients from disabilities e.g. hard of hearing / partially sighted, wheelchair users e.g. larger print and accessible ramp.

There is a modern and young approach in the work place with an open culture to talk and discuss issues without being afraid of the response. Pearson Hards is a family friendly workplace rather than a cold corporate lawyer environment and I feel they believe in me and my work.

The Partners and Managers ensure regular training is provided both online and in person with regular catch up chats despite heavy work loads to check everything is going ok and on a personal level too. They support flexible working so that I can spend time with my young daughter and her school commitments.

I feel extremely comfortably giving feedback and the Partners are always open to suggestions and ideas and happy to try new things for our wellbeing, eg chair yoga. Open communication is paramount and available throughout the firm.

I love working for such a forward thinking and flexible firm. We have a female majority which proves successful in all areas including multi taking, empathy, consideration, being dynamic and progressive.

Weekly praise from feedback forms is shared and everyone is recognised both within the firm and on social media platforms on Feedback Friday. Management will informally congratulate you on a great performance either figure wise or how a client was looked after
