At Pearson Hards I can be honest and myself around the staff. If something is on my mind or I need to give feedback I feel very comfortable sharing this and it is always listened to. Our service is built on the fact that not only are we professionals but also humans, who are able to emphasise with our clients, rather than just provide robotic advice. Other places I have worked lack open communication between all staff and this makes a big difference.

Partners and Managers support our development and career growth with training and there are bonus structures which encourage staff to work harder. Achievements are recognised very well through sharing across the firm and through the bonus structure and discretionary bonus.
