The whole process was very clear, un-jargoned and pleasant. Serena was very helpful and inspired confidence in me. I’d have no hesitation in returning to Pearson Hards, but especially to Serena.
-
Serena, you were professional, accessible and helpful throughout. You responded easily to our requirements that changed during our contact with you. We will happily recommend you to friends.
-
Serena was excellent, helpful, patient and explained things in layman’s terms. We were very happy with her help and advice.

A pleasure from start to finish!

Emma Rothstein is a star and I have now recommended her to three very satisfied clients.
-
Emma Rothstein is a brilliant lawyer with an unparalleled work ethic, a warm and empathetic manner with clients, equally collaborative with her opponents to achieve excellent results for her clients, but also unafraid of litigation if necessary to secure the right result.

I have found Pearsons to be an organisation that does listen and put the client first and appreciate the legal fees can be expensive and support the client to manage these, as was my case. From R Jackson

I do not often do reviews but Natalie has been exceptional in helping us purchase our new home. Very professional in every way, I always felt I was in safe hands. Fantastic attention to detail, always kept me up to date, and answered every question very clearly without jargon. Also great support from Kim. I highly recommend them. Thank you both.

I received an excellent service from Pearson Hards while dealing with Help To Buy Repayment. Natalie and Natasha were very professional and friendly. The team communicated clearly and responded super quickly. Thank you for all your help. If I will have any possibility I will definitely recommend you in the future.

Dealing with my divorce, Emma and team were incredible. They appreciated the sensitivity and emotional aspect but at the same time offered really good, fair advice and were very efficient and always made themselves available. Emma, in particular was very personable and approachable. Highly recommended.
-
Claire Darby, who handled my case, was very accessible and explained exactly what she would need to do. I also knew, from the outset, what the cost would be. I was given advice and explanations when needed. The business was satisfactorily concluded and I would happily instruct Pearson Hards again when needed.
-
Fantastic service from start to finish. Natasha was wonderful. She helped with every detail of selling my property. The speed and professional service I received was truly 1st class. Thank you so much.

Pearson Hards recently acted for us on the sale of our house and purchase of our flat. There were a number of issues with the lease for the flat and Michelle and her colleagues dealt with them quickly and efficiently. Phone calls were answered promptly and Michelle kept us up to date throughout the process.

The conveyancing team at PH were fantastic navigating me through what was a fairly drawn out house buying process. I was constantly kept informed and any issues explained clearly. The team were supportive and exceeded expectation. I have used PH for other matters previously and was really impressed with how things were handled so it made sense to use them again for this. Thank you yet again for your support . Natalie, Natasha, Kim and Michelle you have been brilliant!

I could not have navigated through this process without Emma’s expertise and experience. She is simply the best because she is brilliant at what she does. Emma is calm, confident, friendly and incredibly supportive; she practices with utmost diligence, professionalism, integrity and empathy; she is highly focused and meticulous in preparing detailed documents, correspondence and strong, effective witness statements; she is robust when necessary and a natural when it comes to resolving issues.
