Serena Welch

Serena qualified as a Solicitor in 1995. She began her career specialising in civil litigation and personal injury before specialising in Wills, powers of attorney and the administration of estates. In 2016 she originally joined Pearson Hards, and is delighted to have returned to the firm as a Senior Solicitor in 2026.

Serena’s extensive experience has enhanced her skills to be effective in her role supporting and assisting clients. Serena believes that a friendly and approachable manner with her clients is important alongside the ability to communicate what can be complex legal matters in a clear and straightforward way.

Outside of work Serena enjoys spending time with her family and dog, and is an active member of her local church.
