Everyone at Pearson Hards is very welcoming, and it is a happy environment to work in. Everyone is dedicated to their clients and knows the cases inside and out, always keeping clients well up to date and providing fast responses. We often have returning clients and referrals.

Partners are very open to areas that need improving and feedback and make suggested changes – we feel listened to. There is a good level of communication on a daily basis with all levels – eg between partners, fee earners and support staff. Teams are closer and there is better teamwork than in other places I’ve worked.

As a newly qualified solicitor, Emma has often praised me for my work and outlined areas of improvement/ next steps. She has ensured I am up to date with training and can assist with cases to further my learning.

In terms of general wellbeing, Emma has been supportive and kind about any personal issues I have. She has been understanding when I have required time off work. I have felt comfortable to go to her about both work and personal issues.

Emma often praises us when we have prepared a good client letter or statement. She has praised us when we have managed to secure a good outcome in a case. Emails are circulated to others in the firm when clients leave reviews to let others know
