"I can’t even begin to express my satisfaction with the level of professionalism, speed and courtesy that I have received. I am very grateful to have dealt with such an exemplary firm and solicitor"
Jonathan qualified as a solicitor in 1985. He joined the Sutton firm of John Chapman & Co in 1986 where in 1988 he became a partner, with his father and two others. In 2015 he joined Pearson Hards following the merger of the two firms.
Jonathan has over 33 years of experience in residential and commercial property transactions. As well as sales and purchases he deals with lease extensions and the acquisition of the freehold on behalf of leaseholders He acts for clients with a positive eye and a sense of humour, both necessary attributes when dealing with stressful situations.
An avid footballer and cricketer (until his knees gave out) he is a Charlton Athletic supporter, which may account for his grey hair. Always keen to keep fit in different ways, past years have seen him climb Mount Kilimanjaro, run the London Marathon, cycle across the Sinai Desert and swim from Alcatraz to San Francisco. His wife and three children are very understanding.
