"I can’t even begin to express my satisfaction with the level of professionalism, speed and courtesy that I have received. I am very grateful to have dealt with such an exemplary firm and solicitor"
Elena Mitejko
Prior to Elena joining Pearson Hards as a Trainee Solicitor in March 2019, she worked for various regional firms in the Surrey area. As part of her training, she worked in our Wealth Management, Commercial Property, Dispute Resolution and Family departments. She qualified in June 2022 and is now in the Family department working alongside Emma Rothstein. Her interest in Family law was mainly triggered after she participated in an internship in Vienna working for an Non Government Organisation which focused on domestic violence, women’s rights and children. Elena is passionate about her work in the family department and is empathetic and appreciates how difficult a separation or divorce can be, in particular when children are involved.
Elena completed her degree in Politics and Social Policy before converted to Law and doing her Legal Practice Course in Guildford.
As Elena was born in Russia and lived in Germany, she is fluent in both languages. In her spare time, she enjoys fitness, reading about global affairs and seeing friends and family.
