David Hards

David Hards qualified as a solicitor in 1976. He became senior partner of long established New Malden law firm ACS Hards & Co. when he succeeded his father, the founder of the firm, over 20 years ago. His career in law spans over 40 years and now at Pearson Hards he heads the commercial team, offering extensive experience and specialist knowledge in the full scope of business and commercial property matters.

David’s specialist experience also extends to residential property and personal estate and finance matters; a true benefit to the business owner who appreciates that actions taken in their commercial dealings can have connotations when it comes to their individual and family lives. Seamless advice throughout both aspects is a true benefit.

To David, every case is as important to him as it is to the client.

A keen supporter of local institutions, David has been chairman of the Malden Fortnight organising committee and a governor of Beverley Boys School. He has also served as secretary and two terms as President of the local Rotary Club and as President of the local Chamber of Commerce. He also held a stint as Thames Radio’s ‘legal eagle’.
