Deema Chudasama

Deema qualified as a solicitor in 2006, after which she gained plenty of experience in commercial property transactions, both in the public and private sector. As well as working within private practice, she spent a number of years working in house for The London Borough of Brent.  During her time with the council she dealt with a mixed bag of commercial property transactions, involving many redevelopment projects, compulsory purchase orders, village green matters and buyback acquisitions in and around Brent and Wembley Stadium. During this time Deema also managed a number of trainees and paralegals within the team.  Deema joined Pearson Hards in 2018 and works closely with Donald Morrison and David Hards in the Commercial Property team.

In addition to her commercial property work, Deema has also gained specialist knowledge in lease extensions and collective enfranchisements. For all aspects of her work, she believes that in order for her to provide a quality and effective service to her client base, communication is the most important tool.

Outside work she enjoys spending time with her children, family and friends. She is always helping and actively volunteering with various charity functions at the temple.

She also enjoys cooking, watching various sports and bollywood dancing.
