Annaya Khan

Annaya graduated with a law degree before completing her LPC MSc. She has gained valuable experience in corporate, commercial, and commercial property law at both city and regional firms before joining Pearson Hards in January 2025.

In her role with Pearson Hards, Annaya works closely with partners, the head of department, solicitors, and conveyancers. She is responsible for client onboarding in the residential and commercial property departments and assists with a range of legal tasks. She also conducts due diligence on individuals and companies to ensure compliance with regulations and accuracy throughout the process.

In her free time, Annaya actively volunteers with various charities across London. She also enjoys painting, staying active through sports, and spending quality time with her family and friends.
