Hatice Mustafa

Partner

Hatice Mustafa has a history with the firm dating back to 1996. After starting as a receptionist at Pearson Maddin, she undertook her legal training contract with the firm and qualified as a solicitor in 2000, soon working her way up to head of residential property and becoming a partner in 2004.

Hatice has specialist expertise in all aspects of residential property including sales and purchases, leases and lease extensions, remortgages and transfers of equity. For homeowners considering equity release schemes, Hatice offers the specialist advice and understanding needed when making decisions that often affect the whole family.

Swift responses, a high level personal service and making sure clients know they can ask anything they wish are some of the things Hatice considers most important. Clients appreciate the fact that she takes time to fully explain everything and that they can liaise by telephone, email or face to face; whatever suits them best.

Hatice is responsible for the firm’s accreditation under the Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS), a quality standard set up by the Law Society to ensure clients receive the very best service when buying or selling property.
