Emma Rothstein achieves Resolution Accreditation
Last Autumn our solicitor and Head of Department Emma Rothstein put her 12 years’ experience in Family Law to the test in a series of gruelling and intense exam papers. Having only just wiped off the sweat and tears from such hard work, Emma was delighted to receive confirmation this week that she had passed and is now a Resolution Accredited Specialist in Complex Financial Remedies.
Resolution Accreditation Specialists are proven experts in a range of areas of the law arising from family breakdown. They will have also shown commitment to the Resolution Code of Conduct which focuses of dealing with Family disputes in a constructive and amicable way.
